In 2020, Oru approached our co-founder Michael Walton to help deliver its first location in East Dulwich. Oru needed capital to complete the refurbishment of additional high-margin accommodation, which Michael sourced from an international investor. With the success of East Dulwich now established, a new larger location has been secured with significant local authority grant funding.
